Dr. Ruth Lopez
With 30 years of holistic practice, Dr. Ruth blends traditions from around the world into her own unique healing approach. Trained in both Western and Eastern medicine, she earned her M.D. at the Central University of Quito-Ecuador and studied acupuncture at the Traditional Chinese Medicine University in Shanghai-China. She also practices Chi-Kung and Energy Healing, and develops Meditation Workshops.

She went on to find her spiritual purpose in the holistic world.

Dara has completed hundreds of hours of training—from studying intensive monastic meditation at the Bodhi Manda Zen Center in New Mexico to completing an extensive teacher training program in India. When she began exploring freediving, she realized how effective it can be, when combined with meditation and yoga, in helping people release old trauma, free themselves from anxiety and depression, and step into their most authentic, powerful selves.
