Location
Las Catalinas is a small resort town on the northern Pacific coast of Costa Rica. There are no cars. No chain stores. Only brick and cobbled paths threading through Mediterranean style archways, plazas, and fountains. In one direction is 25 miles of trails that beckon hikers and mountain bikers, in the other, a scallop of beach yawns as the salty waves wrap you in nature's sound bath.
Our Town
Center of Joy is in Guanacaste, which is a dry forest. The season's cycle between Green (our rainy season) is from June to October and Golden from November to May. Almost every day through the cycle of the year is beautiful, in the rainy season the skies usually start out sunny before yielding to rain at some point during the day.

If you want to mix it up you can enjoy some of the town's restaurants. For dining, a variety or restaurants serve varied cuisines with an ocean view.

- Beach Club is a private bar and restaurant; non-members can dine for an additional fee.
How to get here
Liberia International Airport is the closest airport. From there, it takes about an hour's drive. Center of Joy will arrange transportation or a pick-up.
